In the beginning of May the group got together to hike to the top of Crown Butte outside of Great Falls. We didn't make it, not because of the terrain, but because the ticks were so incredibly thick, and getting thicker the closer to the butte we got, we just decided it was the better part of valor to turn around, pick the ticks off of ourselves and the dogs, and try again at a later date. We did get some pretty sweet photos, though!
